WEEK 14: SALTED CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO SHORTBREAD
I thought this was going to be my first fail. The dough was super crumbly and barely filled the baking dish, but it turns out that was all supposed to happen! My first shortbread was incredibly easy and successful. This is baked in a cake pan so you don't have to worry about chilling the dough or the dough spreading since it was completely contained. It was a lot of fun and definitely the most visually appealing cookies I've made so far.
