WEEK 16: STRIPED FUDGE COOKIE SANDWICH
The most labor-intensive recipe to date, but oh so delicious. These taste just like the Keebler Cookies, but without all the suspicious ingredients. This was also my first time making ganache, which is much easier than I thought - simply add just-boiling heavy cream to chocolate and mix!
These were a lot of fun to make so I'm glad they turned out well. Yet another hit from Sally's Baking Addiction...maybe I should start varying my sources :)
