WEEK 22: S'MORES COOKIES

This week may have unlocked a secret to chewy cookie goodness - marshmallows! These cookies were very very good, and the marshmallows made them the dream texture for cookie. They were a little messy and didn't hold their shape, making them a little warped visually, but that didn't impact the taste at all. I'm not sure they tasted exactly like a s'more - the graham crackers got a little lost, but they were delicious nonetheless.

I might try and make some regular cookies and add in a little bit of marshmallow to see if it helps with the texture.
