WEEK 23: MILLIONAIRE'S SHORTBREAD

Yum Yum Yum!!! These were outstanding. They're called Millionaire's Shortbread because of their richness. I hadn't heard of Millionaire's Shortbread until doing my Cookie Sunday research, but they are so good and super easy. To make the only baking involved is for the shortbread base, then the caramel and chocolate are added and chilled, and that's it! Incredibly easy, incredible texture, incredible taste.
