WEEK 27: CHOCOLATE RUGELACH
These pastries-posing-as-cookies, were a lot of fun to make from scratch, and turned out deliciously addicting. They were very small, smaller than my palm so they were a little TOO convenient to eat. I made a half batch and they gone by the end of the day. As recommended in the recipe, I added bit of cinnamon to the chocolate mixture. I'm excited to try these again using different types of filling.
