WEEK 3: COOKIES & CREAM COOKIES

These were so delicious and popular that I had to make two batches. Inspired by Wisey's Oreo cookies in Georgetown, these cookies from Spoon University far exceeded any and all expectations. Not much to look at, the flavor more than makes up for it.
