WEEK 31: CHEWY CHOCOLATE COOKIES WITH CARAMELIZED WHITE CHOCOLATE

These cookies more than made up for last week's mishap. They are the perfect texture, chewy and moist with a little crunch when you bite into them. The flavors are perfect, and while you can't fully taste the caramelized white chocolate (made by continuous microwave/oven zaps until it reaches a golden brown color), they are divine.
