WEEK 6, DAY 1: CHOCOLATE SPRINKLE SUGAR COOKIES

I wanted to try something dark to contrast the Halloween sprinkles and stumbled across this chocolate sugar cookie recipe from Cloudy Kitchen. They weren't much to look at, but they were really good! Thin, chewy, and crispy - I'm really happy with how they turned out. Since they were dark I had to pay close attention to the edges setting, but it was fairly easy to tell when they were ready.
Out of the 4 cookies I made during my marathon baking weekend, these were the fan favorite!
These also got mailed to the fam :)
