Erin Washington is a relationship-driven leader with 12+ years of experience spanning luxury travel, integrated marketing, brand strategy, and loyalty program design. She has a track record of building programs in hospitality and travel that connect brand identity to the consumer experience at scale. Erin is currently the Co-Founder of Syllogi Travellers Club.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, she graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.A. in Business Administration, and holds a Master’s degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Strathclyde, in Glasgow, Scotland.

Co-Editor in Chief.
Project
Built the editorial arm and membership program for Syllogi from the ground up, including content framework, distribution strategy, SEO data, and membership architecture.
Purpose
Give Syllogi a public voice and a scalable way to build trust with the right audience before asking them to become clients.
Result
Grew from 400 clients to 1,500 members over eighteen months. Publication maintains a 76% open rate.

The Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection
Role
Project lead and liaison to RCYC leadership and internal cross-functional teams.
Project
Developed the loyalty program strategy and marketing framework for the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, including competitor analysis, consumer research, and a full program economics model geared toward the ultra-luxury consumer.
Purpose
Create Marriott’s first ever “at sea” offering, and be able to market this new high-end offering to our members.
Result
This deck is representative of the digital and social proposal developed as part of a full Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection consideration case study, eventually leading to them joining Marriott Bonvoy. It redefined what cruise/yacht loyalty could look like by steering away from the traditional “buy 3 get 1 free model”, and into one geared toward experiential and points-based rewards.

AC Hotels Unpacked Campaign
Role
Project lead and liaison to the creative agency and PR teams. Oversaw editorial, video editing, and promotional language.
Project
Create a series of videos and images for the entrepreneurial-minded, design-conscious business traveler. Feature 3 hero videos, each highlighting a detail of the hotel alongside video interviews with the relevant collaborators.
Purpose
Surface the thinking behind the brand for a design-conscious, entrepreneurially-minded traveler who responds to specificity over broad lifestyle messaging.
Result
Ranked consistently among the brand's top-performing content. Led to expanded budget for in-market activations.

The Georgetown University Collaborative Hub for Hospitality
Role
Lead project manager and event strategist for the Georgetown University event series.
Project
Conceived and produced a quarterly event series at Georgetown University bringing together hospitality industry voices across hotels, restaurants, tourism, and food and beverage.
Purpose
Create a recurring gathering point for the DMV hospitality community from practitioners to academics to innovators that did not previously exist in any organized form.
Result
Ran for 12 events over two years. Drew speakers from New Zealand, Ecuador, the Jose Andres Food Group, and The Points Guy, among others. Events included behind-the-scenes access to in-progress properties like The Line DC.
